To secure your reservation, please input your credit card information.
For those who don’t have VISA card, we request you to prepay 100% of the total charge. Prepayment must be completed in Japanese yen by 7 days before your check in date. When you remit the charge to our bank, the names of applicant and the person who made a reservation must be identical, otherwise we cannot confirm your prepayment. Please note that the bank charge for remittance must be covered by the payer.
In the case that we could not confirm your prepayment, your reservation will be cancelled.
* Our Cancellation Policy for Reservations
Our cancellation policy is as follows;
Cancellations made more than 8 days prior to check in date;
No cancellation fee is necessary and prepayment will be refunded after deducting remittance fee.
Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to check in date;
20% of the total charge will be deducted on a credit card and prepayment will be refunded after deducting remittance fee.
Cancellations made the day before you check in;
50% of the total charge will be deducted on a credit card and prepayment will be refunded after deducting remittance fee.
Cancellation on the day of check-in, or No Show;
100% of the total charge will be deducted on a credit card, and no refund of prepayment is possible.
